Making Progress

So March is coming to a screeching halt and April awaits. I feel as though I am in good shape. I have all of my photographs on a cruzar disk ready to be loaded, The video portion will be filmed April 7, I have completed the chapter regarding still photography which will help in the application process. My next step is to sit down and map out every specific detail of my project. After that I can correlate my information with Flash. I feel good and feel that I am on schedule so lets hope it turns out for the best.

MockUp/ Site Map

I have officially completed the mockup for my homepage, reflecting Nate's website. Using Image Ready, I initally hated the program considering it only a set back. But when I sat down to create the mockup, I found it to be easier than expected. I hope to use image ready more in helping me create these web pages. My next task is to piece together parts of flash that I will be using, spend a lot of time in the mac lab, and get something accomplished.

Break

Over break, in between working, sleeping, and playing, I managed to get some ideas for my essay as well as scanning and uploading all of the pictures that I am going to use for my presentation. I also hope to take current pictures at both the show and just in everyday life.

mocking

I am beginning to design mockups for my presentation. I have collected many pictures and will be piecing them together and create sketchings with paper and pencil first and then putting them on excel. In addition to this I am going to go through the book and highlight all the sections of flash that I will be using for my project.

Digital Camera

Today I got the digital camera from home that I will be taking current pictures of nate. Progress has been a little stalled because I haven't been able to get the camera. I hope that this weekend I will be able to take a lot of pictures, collect the ones I have, and scan in the ones I just received. On top of that, I did the lessons on Flash in Chapter 5 so that I understand the concept of tweening. I know that I will be using tweening for the beginning part of essay when the audience will have the option to choose what part they wish to venture in. I am going to continue to learn parts of flash in the meantime so that I be prepared when the time comes to use it.
